Hardin County Water District No. 2 is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Operator Trainee to join our Treatment Plant team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the water treatment profession while working alongside experienced, state-certified operators. The position supports treatment operations, distribution system control, and general plant maintenance while gaining hands-on experience in water treatment processes.
Pay & Benefits
• Hourly Pay Range: $25.07 to $34.02

Work Schedule
